Cheaper Than Therapy is a weekly newsletter by Shani Silver, a woman in her 40s who’s never been married, doesn’t want kids, and enjoys living life her own way. Shani remembers getting her first email address at 14 and still kind of misses phones with cords. This newsletter centers and celebrates things that matter to our generation, and rewrites any unique-to-us childhood beliefs that hold us back. Those who were the first teenagers ever to use the internet often feel like the internet is leaving them behind. We’re still here, we’re still growing and growing up, and therapy is really, really expensive.
