Welcome to Cheaper Than Therapy, a newsletter for 80s babies by Shani Silver.

Allow me a woo-woo moment. I don’t do it often, it isn’t going to become a habit, but if you’re looking at the state of the world and wondering if the universe does indeed have your back, I wanted to give you some hope in the form of examples.
For me, signs are brief moments of comfort from a place I cannot see. They encourage me, they remind me I’m loved, and often I’ll interpret them to mean I am doing something right. It’s not lost on me that they show up most often when I feel like I’m doing everything wrong. It’s not just lost loved ones, I believe there’s a whole team on another plane who are rooting for me, and helping out where they can. I don’t feel alone in any sense of the word, and if you do, I thought sharing a few of my signs might offer encouragement. I’m not psychic (to my knowledge) and I’m not special in any way that’s unavailable to you. I think if you want to see signs, they’ll cooperate.
